Personality & Quirks: Akihiko tries.. he quite honestly does. Soft spoken and respectful, he values discipline and honour above all else. Picture chivalry and you've almost got Akihiko. Picture Chivalry with a terrible akward streak running through him and there you have Akihiko. It's said that girls have/are following him around the school but he can neither dismiss nor accept their attention. Instead, he continues to slink about school, subtly trying to loose/avoid them though you'd never be able to catch him doing this, he's slick like that. He enjoys physical training mainly because he enjoys working toward a goal. To be idle is something Akihiko can't stand and so he almost always uses his time to work for a cause or a personal goal. He's a very compassionate person yet at the same time, for all the admiration and protection he may provide to you, he'll give you nothing of the inner workings of his thoughts in return.

History: Akihiko's parents are dead. Not by ninjas, though. By those who found out that both his mother and father both possessed the essence of a Qualifier. What some would have in the past and later dub 'magic'. This was some time ago, when the technology was still new, novel, in the testing phase. Wanting to save their children from the tests and trials that they felt were inevitable, his parents sent him and his sister away to live in an orphanage where they hoped that they could live in relative anonymity. This was a slightly flawed plan seeing as the government's reach is wide and it's resources vast, they were able to track down both Akihiko and his sister, Miki. Being as Miki's magic was more advanced at the time, she was the one they chose to extract from the orphanage.
Seeing every member of his family taken by the same force has made Akihiko bitter towards the efforts of the government. Even though it seems that he possesses the very same magic that his father, mother, and sister did, he's determined to not go the same way they did and if possible make it so that no other family should be ripped apart as his was.
